TNS-01189: The listener could not authenticate the user

In 19c GI environment, TNS-01189 is still being received hourly from OEM 13cR3 for both local listeners and SCAN listeners, though Oracle said this issue has been fixed since 12.1.0.2.

While applying patches onto OEM 13c different  components, OPatch or OMSPatcher will be used. It is the best practice to have the latest opatch and omspatcher installed before applying any patches.

As for now, the latest opatch and omspatcher version for OEM 13cR4 (13.4.0.0.0 ) are 13.9.4.2.4 and 13.9.4.1.0 respectively.

ASM Listener Target Shows “Down” in OEM 13c though It is Up

Oracle 19c GI ASM listener “ASMNET1LSNR_ASM_hostname” shows down on 13c OEM, but it is up and running actually.
