How to Upgrade OPatch and OMSPatcher in OEM 13c

While applying patches onto OEM 13c different  components, OPatch or OMSPatcher will be used. It is the best practice to have the latest opatch and omspatcher installed before applying any patches.

This post demonstrates how to apply the latest OPatch and OMSPatcher utilities onto OEM 13cR3 ( 13.3.0.0.0 ) and OEM 13cR4 ( 13.4.0.0.0 )

As for now, the latest opatch and omspatcher version for OEM 13cR4 (13.4.0.0.0 ) are 13.9.4.2.4 and 13.9.4.1.0 respectively.
